We believe the Bible, consisting of 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God in the original writings. It is the complete revelation of God’s will for salvation and the final authority for faith and life.
2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:21; 1 Thessalonians 2:13
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—each fully God, co-equal and co-eternal, sharing the same nature and attributes.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Mark 12:29; John 1:1, 14
We believe God the Father is infinite, eternal, unchangeable, and sovereign. He is the Creator of all things and the source of grace, mercy, and truth.
Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 90:2; John 4:24
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, was buried, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now intercedes for believers. He will return personally and visibly.
Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 1:18-23; John 1:1, 14; Romans 1:4; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Hebrews 1:3; 1 Timothy 2:5-6
We believe the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity, who glorifies Christ, convicts the world of sin, regenerates believers, indwells them permanently, and empowers them for godly living and service.
John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 6:19; Titus 3:5-6
We believe that humans were created in the image of God, male and female. Through Adam’s sin, all have inherited a sinful nature and are spiritually dead, in need of salvation.
Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12; Hebrews 4:13
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works. It is a free gift received by trusting in Christ’s death and resurrection. Repentance is an inseparable aspect of saving faith.
John 3:16; Romans 3:22-28; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-7; Acts 16:31
We believe all who are born again are sealed by the Holy Spirit and are eternally secure in Christ. Assurance of salvation is based on God’s promises in Scripture, not on works.
John 5:24; John 10:27-29; Romans 8:1; Ephesians 1:13-14; 1 John 5:11-13
We believe the universal Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all true believers. Local congregations are autonomous and called to worship, fellowship, discipleship, and evangelism.
Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 2:42; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27; Ephesians 1:22-23
We believe Christ instituted two ordinances for the Church:
Baptism: an outward expression of inner faith, symbolizing union with Christ. We practice baptism by immersion.
Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3-4; Acts 2:41
The Lord’s Supper: a memorial of Christ’s death and a proclamation of His return. Participation is for believers walking in obedience.
Luke 22:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-29
We believe believers are called to live in holiness, empowered by the Holy Spirit. Though not required for salvation, obedience and good works are the natural result of regeneration and are rewarded at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
Romans 12:1-2; Galatians 5:22-23; 1 Corinthians 3:10-15; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Titus 2:11-14
We believe qualified male elders are to shepherd local churches, assisted by deacons. Women are valued in ministry roles, though Scripture teaches they are not to serve in authoritative teaching or leadership over the congregation.
1 Timothy 3:1-13; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Corinthians 14:34-35; 1 Timothy 2:11-14
We believe in God's created order for the family and church, with men lovingly leading and women submitting in godliness. This order is reflected symbolically and practically within the church.
Genesis 3:16; Ephesians 5:22-24; 1 Corinthians 11:2-16
We believe in Christ’s Great Commission to preach the Gospel to all nations, make disciples, baptize them, and teach obedience to Christ.
Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 1:16
We believe in the personal, pre-tribulational return of Christ to rapture His Church. After the seven-year Tribulation, Christ will return to reign on earth for 1,000 years. The saved will enjoy eternal life with God; the lost will face eternal separation in the Lake of Fire.
John 14:1-3; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 20:1-15; Matthew 25:31-46; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9
